We can find them in cooking fats and oils, butter, margarine, salad dressings, and oils.
- Water
Important part of all cells and fluids in body.
Carries nutrients to and waste products from cells in the body.
Aids in digestion and absorption of food.
Helps to regulate body temperature.
We can find them in water, beverages, soup, fruits, and vegetables. Most foods contain some water.

Type of fats
-Saturated fats: Saturated fats is the main dietary cause of high blood cholesterol. We can find it in animals and some plants. For e.g :
lard, porky, poultry fat, etc.
-Hydrogenated fats: These fats also raise blood cholesterol. This is common in margarine and shortening.
-Polyunsaturated and Monounsaturated fats: This fats are the two unsaturated. They are found mainly in many fish, nuts , seeds and oil from plants.
-Trans-fatty Acids and Hydrogenated: Unsaturated fatty acids can be in one of two shapes- ¨cis¨ and ¨trans¨. These terms refer to the physical positioningof hydrogen atoms around the carbon chain. Trans-fatty acids are also formed during the process of hydrogenetion. ¨Hydrogenate¨ means to add hydrogen.

We can find them in milk, liver, kidney, heart, lean meat, eggs, and dark leafy greens.
- Niacin
Helps the cells of the body use oxygen to produce energy.
Helps to mantain health of skin, longue, digestive track, and nervous system.
We can find them in liver, lean meal, poultry, fish, peanuts and peanut butter, beans and peas, and whole grain and enriched breads and cereals.
- Vitamin D
Helps body use calcium and phosphorus to build strong bones and teeth, important growing children and during pregnancy and lactation.
We can find them in fish liver oils; foods fortified with Vitamin D, such as milk. Direct sunlight produces Vitamin D from cholesterol in the skin.

- 6 egg white
- 6 egg yolk
- 175 gr of chocolate
- 100 gr of zucar
- 100 gr of butter
- Combine the chocolate and the butter in the top of a doble boiler over hot water. Then remove it until is just warmer than body
- Stir the egg yolk and the zuccar with the chocolate
- Then whip the egg white in a bowl until they are like snow
- Mix the whipped white egg with the chocolate mix and stir
- Then whip the cream, and put it with the mix, and mix it.
- Finally put the mousse into a serving bowl and put it in the frizzer!!!!!!!!!!
tips for parents with overweight kids
2- Encourage your child to be involved in an active play at least an hour a day
3- Replace unhealthy snaks for healthy ones
4- Plan healthy weekly menues
5- Make better choices when you go out to eat wich have nutrition food
6- Tempt hungry kids with healthy snaks
7- Limit the amount of liquid calories like pop sodas

6 tips to remeber about..
You need to reduce the amount of it by this ways:
1.When you buy tinned vegetables, look for ones with "No added salt" on the label.
2. Don't add salt to food while you are cooking it or at the table.
3.Eat fewer chips, salted peanuts, etc.
4.Add lemon juice, herbs or species instead.
5.We need one gramme of salt per day.
6.Too much salt causes high blood pressure.
•SUGAR:
If you want to reduce the amouint of sugar in your diet you can:
1.Eat more fruit and fewer cakes or cookies and chocolate.
2.Reduce or eliminate the sugar you take in your tea/coffee.
4.Choose breakfast cereals which are less sugary.
5.Very sweet foods don't give you any vitamin, protein, mineral or fat.
6.You don't have to consume them because they are bad to your teeth and cause obessity.
•FIBRE:
1. Adults need 30 grammes of it per day.
2.It helps t he digestive system to work properly.
3.It protects us against diseases like cancer.
We can find it in:

5.Beans,cereals and nuts.
6.Wholemeal bread and pasta.
•FAT:
1.There are two kind of fats(saturated and unsaturated).

4.Too much of saturated fat can cause your body serious problems.
5.Fat contains a lot of calories, and too much of these can make you overweight.
6.Fat also contains cholesterol.A little of this is OK but too much of it can block your arteries.

The fats that we see are trans fats, saturated fats, unsaturated fats, monosaturated fats and pollysaturated fats.
The most dangerous is trans fat. We are learning how to have a good diet.
