Food

There are many tipes of food ,fast food vegetals,fruits but the worst thing are saturated fats

about fats,sugar,salts etc..in food,
that is really important to have a healthy diet
alsoo about genetically modifided food,etc,etc
well i think that is such a lot...!!

Vitamin C:
1 helps hold body cells together and strengthens walls of blod vessels.
2 helps in healing wounds
3 helps body to build bones and teeth
4 helps body to absorb iron.

Nutrients Part 4

  • Carbohydrates

Suply food energy.

Help body use fat efficiently.

Spare protein for purposes of body bulding and repair.

We can find them in starches--Breads, cereals, corn, grits, potatoes, rice, spaghetti, macaroni, and noodles. Sugars-- Honey, molasses.

  • Fats

Supply food energy in compact form.

Some supply essential fatty acids

Helps body use certain other nutrients.

We can find them in cooking fats and oils, butter, margarine, salad dressings, and oils.

  • Water

Important part of all cells and fluids in body.

Carries nutrients to and waste products from cells in the body.

Aids in digestion and absorption of food.

Helps to regulate body temperature.

We can find them in water, beverages, soup, fruits, and vegetables. Most foods contain some water.
